Wondering where “Freak Like Me” singer Adina Howard and “As We Lay” powerhouse Shirley Murdock have been lately? Find out this fall when TV One’s popular series “Life After” returns for season five.
Beginning on Sept. 11, new episodes will reveal the whereabouts of some of your favorite celebs who seemed to retreat from the limelight after reaching huge career heights. Shirley Murdock will reveal how she went from singing with on the Zapp classic “Computer Love” to how she evolved into gospel. Adina Howard will reveal her life as an accomplished chef after her 1995 chart-topper “Freak Like Me” reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100.

Other celebs to be featured on season five are legendary Broadway performer Sheryl Lee Ralph, actor LeVar Burton, songwriter/actor/minister Clifton Davis, comedian/actor Jimmie Walker, former Atlanta housewife Sheree Whitfield, and actress Maia Campbell.
