Beyonce may not be taking the stage at Dick Clark's Rockin New Year's Eve or a similar show, but she will be performing in Las Vegas on Dec. 31.According to a recent report, the "I Was Here" singer will be ringing in the New Year with 700 guests at a private show.It is unclear who might be on the guest list, but Beyonce will reportedly pick up a $4 million check when all is said and done.
