Homeless R&B Singer Rejected By X Factor, Video Goes Viral

James Percell might have been rejected by "X Factor USA" judges because he is homeless, but a viral video may just end up being his big break.
Featured in NY Daily News Monday, Percell tells his story, including how he came up with the song "Everything Must Change."
Inspired by Michael Jackson, Percell, 49, says he wrote the song with hopes of giving it to Jackson before he passed. Now on a mission to share his gift with the world, a gift that has been sort of a blessing and curse, Percell refuses to give up.
"I live for the music. I live on the edge,” he said, “I took the wrong path. I ended up homeless chasing a dream.”
As of Monday morning Percell's video has been viewed by over 1 million people worldwide with comparisons to Ted Williams, the man with the "golden voice' for radio and television. Watch and share below:
