According to data from The NPD Group, a group market research company, Rihanna is the most marketable celebrity.
WWD reports that the “BBHMM” singer surpassed other celebs including Angelina Jolie, Tim McGraw and Stephen Curry as the most powerful endorsement person for companies.
Some of Rihanna’s endorsement deals were with Jeep, Gucci, Cover Girl, Kodak, MAC Cosmetics, Puma and others. One of her most recent is Samsung in conjunction with her upcoming album ANTI.
The NPD Group’s reports states, “Rihanna’s index score of 367 means that she has almost 3.7 times as many strong brand endorsement opportunities as the average big-name celebrity.”
That says a lot about her worldwide appeal!
