Rita Ora may have been a "Black Window" with Iggy Azalea, but now she is moving on to "Grateful."

The Albanian/British singer-songwriter has teamed with hitmaker Diane Warren (Beyoncé, Celine Dion, Mary J Blige, Whitney Houston and loads more) for the new song, which will be featured on the motion-picture soundtrack "Beyond the Lights," and is also confirmed as the main theme for the forthcoming romantic drama film.

Beyond the Lights, written and directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, opens nationwide on November 14th, while "Grateful" is set for release at retailers on October 21st.

Ora is prepping her highly anticipated second studio album, which is slated to arrive in the first quarter of 2015, and is led by the single I Will Never Let You Down.
