With support from the currently incarcerated Chris Brown, Grammy-nominated sibling and songwriting duo Blaq Tuxedo snags the top spot on Singersroom’s Top 10 Most Streamed Independent Singles of the week. The newcomers new record “Waterbed," an endearing-yet-sexy groove about making the slushy mattress the location of choice for a lovemaking session, takes the top spot in its first week on Singersroom, heavily in part to Brown’s popularity with his Team Breezy fan base.
Keke Wyatt takes the runner-up position with her steamy bedroom ballad “Fall In Love,” a record that continues to showcase her beautiful tone and powerhouse vocals.
The third spot goes to Chi-Town newcomer Tink, who has already been swooped up by Timbaland as his next big project. She teams with fellow Chicagoan Jeremih on “Don’t Tell Nobody,” a record that sees her giving a cheating beau an aggressive verbal scolding.
Mike Jay’s “Birthday Suit” and Joelle James’ “Sweet Lemonade” round out the top 5.
