After four years, vocalist/pianist Avery Sunshine is ready to usher the summer in with The Sunroom and a new tour.
As described in the clip below, The Sunroom represents that place in your home where you feel most comfortable to talk about whatever’s on your mind:
“In your sunroom, you can talk about whatever you want to talk about. You can talk about God, relationships, you can talk about your money, you can take a nap…me and my partner was the best way to describe this collection of music.”
The Sunroom will arrive on May 27, but prior to, the talented musician/alto will head out on the road beginning tomorrow April 26 in Atlanta and stretching to Cali and the Midwest during the dog days of summer, and wrapping up on October 17 in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The Sunroom is her second LP, but the first on her new label home Shanachie. Check out the tour dates as well as the first single “Call My Name” below.
