VH1 is celebrating the Super Bowl in a major way this year and they've tapped both TLC and Janelle Monae to get the party started.
Titled "Super Bowl Blitz: Six Nights + Six Concerts," VH1's starting line up will play out just like it reads with six concerts slated to air beginning Monday, January 27 from Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, New Jersey, Manhattan and Brooklyn.
"All six concerts will be LIVE and take place throughout the New York City/New Jersey metropolitan area as part of the VH1 Super Bowl Blitz *working with the NFL. The live concerts premiere Monday, January 27th and air live each night through Saturday, February 1st at 11 PM ET/PT. The concerts will also be streamed live in the VH1 App, made available on-demand in the app and at SuperBowl.VH1.com the day after each live concert," reports VH1. "Rain or shine, snow or hail, the show will go on."
