Legendary R&B group TLC, Veteran Jennifer Lopez, and pop superstar Katy Perry has joined the line-up for the upcoming 2013 American Music Awards, which will broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday, November 24th (8:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT) on ABC. TLC's performance will mark their long-awaited return to the AMA stage — they will also perform with a special unannounced guest. Katy Perry will open this year's show with new single "Unconditionally" while Lopez will perform a tribute to music legend Celia Cruz.

TLC, Lopez, and Perry will join previously announced performers Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, Luke Bryan, Lady Gaga, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Miley Cyrus, Florida Georgia Line, Ke$ha, Imagine Dragons, One Direction and this year’s host Pitbull. Additional acts and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks.

Leading the way with six (6) nominations this year are Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, who garnered an exponential amount of success from their single "Thrift Shop." Timberlake and Taylor Swift follow close behind with five (5) nods each while Rihanna and Robin Thicke collect four (4). In addition, Bruno Mars logged three nods.

The “2013 American Music Awards” is produced by Dick Clark productions. Allen Shapiro is Executive Producer, and Larry Klein is Producer.
