Miguel found a way to invade the BET Hip Hop Awards by only singing a chorus. His collaboration with J. Cole on "Power Trip" has earned the pair four nominations – People's Champ Award, Track of the Year, Best Collabo, Duo or Group, and Best Hip Hop Video. The only other singers that have a prospect of earning a trophy on October 15, 2013 are Tiara Thomas, Justin Timberlake, Sam Dew and Mary Lambert.
The 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards will be hosted by Snoop Dogg in Atlanta, Georgia.
