It seems Miguel may have gotten caught up in his hit single "How Many Drinks?" According to TMZ, the soulful R&B crooner was arrested for driving under the influence in L.A. early this morning — around 2:15 AM.
A source told the site the Grammy winner was pulled over in his 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and dark tinted windows when California Highway Patrol officers smelled alcohol. After performing various field sobriety test, including the breathalyzer, and failing them, he was arrested. Miguel's alcohol level was above a .10, which is over California's legal limit of .08.
He was released hours later after paying a $5K bail. He is scheduled to appear in court in September.
