After the “not guilty” verdict and many other tribute songs from many artists, Raheem Devaughn releases his own tribute to Trayvon Martin in the song “Trigga Man” featuring Styles P. The song speaks from Martin’s perspective to George Zimmerman, questioning all the things that could’ve happened if it weren’t for the “trigga man’s” choice to fire. He even adds a news sound bite from a similar self-defense case in Florida which didn’t get as much media attention.
Devaughn is prepping to drop his fourth studio album A Place Called Loveland on August 20.
