Most of the country doesn’t get to go to an event that may have the hottest names in entertainment sitting right next to them. However, these are some of the perks of living in the city that never sleeps (NYC). Nema's Boom Boom Room, at the sexy Toshi’s in the Flatiron Hotel, is one of those live music events that draw the best and brightest from the music, nightlife and fashion industries under one roof.
Singer-songwriter and BET Music Matters artist Lydia Caesar hosted and gave us an impromptu performance, including songs “Stay” and “St Louis”. Tiona Dee opened the show with an original song and cover, followed by Allen Ritter the only male on the bill for the evening. Kiah Victoria, famous for performing on NBC's "The Voice," performed before Headliner Brianna Collete closed the show.
The event filled with movers and shakers like Jeff Robinson of MBK Entertainment, Power 105.1, Epic records and KWL. However, when the gorgeous K. Michelle stepped in the building you knew it was the place to be.
The next event will take place Tuesday, July 23rd 2013.
