John Legend Announces Fifth Album Title, Song and Tour Dates

John Legend is in the studio putting the final touch on his fifth studio album. Breaking news of a tour, the “Best You Ever Had (Tonight)” singer has also announced his album title, a new collaboration with Kanye West and Hit Boy and a line up of tour dates.
“The album is called “Love In The Future” and I can’t wait for you to hear it,” Legend says in video below. “So we’re going to start previewing it.”
In addition to plans to preview songs from the album on tour, with dates in October and November (see below), Legend teased a new track titled “Caught Up” Sunday.
A collaboration between Legend, Kanye West and Hit Boy (“Ni**as In Paris,” Jay Z), the song is reflective of an album he compares to his debut “Get Lifted(2004).”
“I want to preview a little bit of the album. It’s co-executive produced by myself, Kanye West and my man, Dave Tozer. I can’t wait for you to hear this so I’m going to start previewing tracks on my website,” says Legend. “Today we’re going to start with a song that I wrote with Kanye, produced by Hit Boy. It’s called “Caught Up.”
