Ashanti’s anticipated album “Braveheart” has reportedly been delayed.
Originally due for release this month, UrbanBridgez reports the effort has been moved back to June 19.
While no reason was given, Ashanti told fans she was “in the lab” Wednesday followed by a tweet referencing survival.
“Thru the storm.. thru the rain.. all the heartache and pain… we fuss! we fight! with all are might! but side by side we survive!!!!!!,” wrote Ashanti.
“Braveheart” is led by “The Woman You Love,” a single featuring Busta Rhymes.
The album is Ashanti’s first album slated for release in over three years. Her last effort, “The Declaration,” was released in 2008.
