First time Grammy Award winner Chris Brown might have been short on words while accepting Best R&B Album Sunday but he was not short on things to say via Twitter.
Taking his thoughts about the win to the social network site, following a backstage meeting with Stevie Wonder, Brown discussed how he has “made mistakes” but is very much a role model for turning completely around.
“People who make mistakes and learn from them are ROLE MODELS too,” Brown said early Monday. “Team breezy we have come along way and I’m so appreciative of you guys!!!! No matter what anyone says…. WE MADE IT!!”
As previously reported, Chris Brown took the stage twice during Sunday’s Grammys. First performing his hit single “Turn Up The Music” and the popular “Beautiful People.” He later joined David Guetta for a special tribute to electronica.
Brown is due to release a new album, titled “Fortune,” later this year.
