Usher doesn’t plan to lose custody of his kids without a fight. The R&B crooner recently filed legal documents asking a judge to throw out his ex-wife’s claim for full custody of their sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond.
Last Month (Dec 2011), The multi-Grammy winner’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond filed paperwork in Georgia requesting a change to their current arrangements, in which they share joint custody.
In the suit, Raymond accused Usher of failing in his parental duties by allegedly neglecting to ask her permission before traveling with the kids outside the state and before hiring nannies. In addition, she demanded full custody of their kids and an increase in child support payments.
According to TMZ, Usher claims Tameka’s allegations are false. A trial date has been set for February 27, 2011.
