After a tumultuous past couple of years, award winning R&B singer Chris Brown is ready to forgive all his enemies! Once a media darling, Brown became an industry outcast after being hit with a domestic violence charge for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. And although it took years of apologizing, court appearances, community service, and so much more, the R&B sensation has successfully rebuilt a career many thought was destroyed.
Brown admits that although some of his peers stood by him, the scandal left him with few friends in the music industry. While out of the limelight, many artists emerged in attempts to take the starâs title but Brownâs fans were aggressive and loyal. He credits them and a few friends for being the only ones who never left his side through the ordeal.
Now, rocking on the success of the mixtape released “Deuces,” three Grammy nominations at this year’s awards, an Australian tour in April and his forthcoming album F.A.M.E, Jive executive Tom Carrabba says the crooner has found himself. “I think when he was a little bit younger he was still trying to find his way a little bit and fine-tune his craft, but I think over the last two years he’s absolutely developed a confidence and is very secure in his decision-making process,” Carrabba tells the Associated Press about Brown, who has been signed to the label since he was sixteen.”
The lead single off the superstarâs soon-to-be released fourth studio album, F.A.M.E, entitled âLook At Me Nowâ could be viewed as a testament to those who doubted if Brown could make it back. And yes C. Breezy, the entire world is looking at you now â whether it be the string of recent songs the singer has been featured on, his new blond âdo, or his racy naked photos, our beloved Chris Brown is back!
