Supreme Court Orders Revisit of Janet Jackson’s ‘Malfunction’ Fine

Just when we thought Janet Jackson’s “wardrobe malfunction” had been buried, the Supreme Court decided to revisit the incident Monday ! Published reports indicate that the court has ordered a federal appeals court to re-examine its ruling in favor of CBS Corp. in a legal fight over the infamous Superbowl malfunction that left Jackson’s breast exposed on Live! television in 2004. Last year the appeals court threw out a whopping $550,000 fine that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) had imposed on CBS over the incident that also involved Justin Timberlake and MTV.
