Kanye West’s “Stronger” drops 2-6, while Baby Bash’s “Cyclone” featuring T-Pain jumps 11-7. Another Kanye song, “Good Life” also featuring T-Pain, rises 10-8, while Rihanna’s “Hate That I Love You” featuring Ne-Yo increases 15-9. Timbaland’s “The Way I Are” featuring Keri Hilson slips 7-10 to round out the top tier. On the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, Keys’ “No One” is No. 1 for a second week. Rahsaan Patterson makes his first appearance on the tally since 1999 with “Stop Breaking My Heart,” the top debut at No. 68.
