Janet is ready to get back on the road...for real this time.
"My first show back is going to be D.C, it's going to feel good coming back" the "Rock Witchu" singer said via SayNow. (listen below)
Janet's sentiment seems to be echoed by her road manger who revealed the cause behind the singer's cancelled shows and eagerness to get back to the stage.
"After a thorough medical evaluation, it has been confirmed that Janet's symptoms are being caused by a rare form of migraine called vestibular migraine or migraine-associated vertigo for which she is currently receiving treatment."
The "Discipline" singer has not performed since falling ill Sept. 29 during a sound check before a show in Montreal.
"Janet wanted very much to resume her tour so as not to disappoint her fans, but she continued to suffer from vertigo and could not perform," her manager, Kenneth Crear, said.
"She's a world-class entertainer and needs to be at the top of her game to give her fans the show they expect. She's feeling much better and is ready to hit the road again to finish the tour."
Shows scrapped in Montreal, Philadelphia, Boston, Greensboro, N.C., Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Uncasville, Conn., Verona, N.Y., and Manhattan are being rescheduled.
People really need to grown up and get some business of their own, misery loves company.

It's unfortunate that we live in a world where their are rumors, lies and deceit; but Lisha that's how it is especially in show business. We the fans wish that she, "should not have to disclose her ailments",but in todays world of people judging others it was best that she announced what was really ailing her. Evidently, she felt the same and disclosed the truth. Good for Janet to set the record straight to the public on her own merit and terms. Best wishes for a continued recovery!

I feel that Janet does not have to announce what her illness is to us unless she wants too. She does not owe us any detailed information on her medical condition. Why can't the public just accept that she is ill and leave it at that. Janet has a right to her privacy just because she is a public figure it does not gives us the right to know every detail of her life. I look forward to her concert in Atlanta. Take care of yourself Janet.

It’s about time someone in her entourage or Janet herself announced what has been wrong with her. Why was their a delay? I’m sure she knows that after the Superbowl incident that she needs no more bad publicity and I’m glad someone is telling her what people are saying on these blogs and in the news. Did word not get to Jermaine that same night of her first breakdown on this tour via the paparizzi photographers? It’s a dirty business and she needs no more bad publicity. Hopefully, this doctor who she has been under can travel with her. We look forward to you this Sunday in Atlanta. Best to wishes to Janet for a “continued” recovery.
