According to Young Jeezy’s exclusive interview with Vibe, the “Heaven Sent” singer proposed to the hit making Hip Hop star, but was turned down!
Keyshia Cole and Young Jeezy have been linked for months however, neither has publicly acknowledged their relationship – that is until now.
Jeezy, known for his hits “I Luv It” and “Go Getta” says the R&B singer was ready to take their romance to the next level in the new issue of Vibe – "Keyshia asked me to marry her, bought me a ring and everything. She not gonna tell you different."
According to Jeezy whose third studio effort is due in August, he had no intention on marrying the Grammy-nominated singer stating: “I was grown enough to tell her, `Look baby, that isn't what it is right now. I'm trying to get my s**t together. I'm trying to get my money, take care of me and mine.”

In related news, Keyshia Cole’s hit BET series “The Way It Is” looks to be coming back for a third season. The singer recently revealed plans for a third installment of the series on BET’s 106 & Park which is slated to air later this year.

keyshia cole must have been hella drunk or sniffed some crack to propose to young jeezy. that man is ugly as hell and she is so beautiful. that would be the ugliest celebrity couple ever.if they would have gotten married about 50 years or so people would still remember it.and i read the august artical of young jeezy and last year of 2007,keyshia cole said jeezy proposed to her.so i don't think keyshia cole would lie to her fans and say he proposed to her but i don't know.anyway i still love her and i will always be her #1 fan and she will always be my role model.......HOLLA!!

Keisha Cole is blessed and will always be. As for Young Jeezy’s! He might find a female who look like she was custom built for him, but she will never have the substance/depth that Keisha have. Keisha is a survier, Keisha ia not selfish. She is a loving/caring human being. She is so givingggggggggggg. Keishaaaaaaaaa just stay strong and keep on cultivating inner peace.

I feel like he "was" man enough to tell her, instead of drag'n her along and hurt'n her in the end. I applaud Jeezy! Because he made it possible for for them to remain friends. I rather for my Girl "Keyshia" to accept the pain now, than for her to feel it in the long run.( She would feel a lot worse later on in the relationship, if he would've lied in the begining, to her!)
