Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s Making The Band 4 members has reportedly chosen a name for the group. Brian Andrews, Mike McCluney, Qwanell Mosley, Robert Curry, and Willie Taylor announced on Power 99 that the will go by the name “Day 26.”
The group, who is compared to multi-platinum bands like New Edition, *NSYNC, and 112, is currently working on there debut album, set to drop March 11th. Reports have it that the group chose day 26 as their brand name because the band was made on the 26th of August.
"Got Me Going," is the second single from the band, which was produced by Mario Winans, a longtime Bad Boy family member.

I'm a little late on this because I had no clue who even made the band. I say don't waist ur time getting involved with theese guys. diddy is a money hungry dude, that ripps off the innocent. I'm justing saying what the people in the industry want to say but can't. Cause they cant step on his toes. How long does it take for yall to see each making the band set. Then after you do see them how long are they in the spot light? My point exactly. I would only audition for that stuff if I was board and wanted somethind to do. 112, dream, the band, those 5 girls and all the other f***tards that put up with him. He treats them like s*** take their money and then sends them to scram so he can move on to the next sucker. I think I sound like a hater right now. It's a freedom of speech. I just want to know y I'm the only one who see's that the man is a snake.

Even though this thought may be a little over the regular readers heads, Day 26 does not give off the flair of longevity for the group. I want every "Making the Band" group to have a name that will last for the ages ....."Diddy, Biggie, even, Danity kane and whatever that stands for has a little more Real life Meaning to it. So I suggest they find a name that has absolutely nothing to do with the fact they were found on the what could be "MTV's American Idol" ...
