Stellar Award-winning Gospel recording star Marvin Sapp says it was "disappointing to learn that "Never Would Have Made It," his chart-topping single was not nominated for a Grammy due to a technicality.
According to nomination rules, Sapp's "Never Would Have Made It" was ineligible this year because a previous version of the song had been released in 2007.
