Monica Signs On For BET Hip Hop Awards

Monica has signed up to appear at the forthcoming BET Hip Hop Awards !

Set to tape this weekend in Atlanta, this year's BET Hip Hop Awards will feature appearances and performances from Young Jeezy, Fabolous, Soulja Boy and Snoop Dogg.

As previously reported, Kanye West leads the pack of nominees with nine nods, including one for Lyricist of the Year.

Drake, Jay-Z, Kid Cudi, Young Jeezy, Lil Wayne and T.I. will also vie for awards in at least two categories.

T.I, up for six awards, will face off with fellow nominees in both CD of the Year and Best Hip Hop Collabo categories.

The 2009 BET Hip Hop Awards are slated to air on BET Tuesday, October 27.

One of my faves - makes me wish I were lesbian full-time. Ms. Monica is one of the few in this new crop of cloned heiffers who delivers with originality and conviction. I could just eat her.
