I wish him the best with his music and his life keep make-n them hits and I have nothin but love. 4 u trey
i just wish him the best with the album....
Bad move, they should have had him come out with Letoya luckett on 8/25- Whitney wil easily outsell him and it's a recession. I like both artists and I do like Trey songs, 'i need a girl' but that wack lol smiley face tipped the scale for me to get Whitney's album first.
She will get my support, maybe the following week for trey.
.....In today's recession, music-lovers are placing more attention on what they can afford to purchase in the same week or on payday, especially when labels release simutameous much anticipated albums within the same week! Coming off his well-received BET's award's group performance, his strategically released "hit singles," and his provocative cover art, one would have thought that his label knew what they were doing! All domestic media attention will be on Whitney that entire week and Trey cannot rely solely on 106 & Park appearances for he will only hear the faint screams of his female fans and not the "ching, ching" at the registers! Whoever will be to blame if this decision goes array, they will be the reason "if Trey ends up" like Omarion, Chris Brown and Bow Wow in the under-25 "wish-they hadn't or could category!" Best of luck, and I really mean luck folks, to Trey for I hope he is really "Ready" as his album title says for whatever his future holds!
Another "Dumb-ass move" by the music industry! This is not a "gift to fans" as stated above, but it is a move that would be a knife in his first week sales and his label must be holding the dagger because he should know better! Shoppers are NOT going to be looking at purchasing a non-rival's new release(Trey) while they're picking up Whitney on the new release wall at Target, Best Buy and Wal-mart! Even the young consumers(pre-teens to young adults) will be purchasing and downloading Whitney because they've heard their parents and grandparents talk about Whitney's legacy of great recorded music, so Trey will sucumb to NOT selling many units the first time out! Contined......
He is sexy - I just don't know who he is. What does this child sing?
what a move. not only does he want to compete with Whitney he wants his album to be counted for next year's Grammy's. throw him down the stairwell.
