After steaming up cameras in "Love Sex Magic" (with Justin Timberlake), Ciara says she'll put in "Work" with Missy Elliott soon.
Tweeting on Twitter this week, Ciara confirmed that "Work" is indeed the next single from "Fantasy Ride":
"I can tell you that one of my videos is Work," Ciara chimed in, later revealing that "Like A Surgeon" would come next.
"Work" is likely to be like two friends reuniting since Missy and Ciara have enjoyed plenty of chart-topping success together over the years. Their hits "1,2 Step(2004)" and "Lose Control(2005)" both ended up in the top 10 in not only the United States but in Australia, the UK and Ireland.
In related news, Ciara rocked the stage at Zootopia last week. Click Here to see photos from the show where she performed "Love Sex Magic" and "Never Ever".

@Dee, part 2: Many artists often complain about having to fight for continued promotion of their current music! My comment is based on current industry factoid and Ciara herself is one of the artists who you, Dee could place in your "struggling artist" category! Her CD was repeatedly delayed and her management/production team was dismantled! Even though she has put together a commendable, noteworthy CD and has now mended the riff between her and Jazzy Pha, her signature crunk'n'funk sound is not present this time around! But, I commend her for trying something new, pushing the envelope and establishing her own identity past the Beyonce and Britney wannabees! I look forward to watching CiCi's "Third Video" and I look even more forward to it going up the charts to #1!!!
@Dee below!! Record labels are cutting back on multiple releases and heavy promos because they have to be sure that the artist's CD is gonna be a guaranteed hit and they as the executive have less room for error as in the past! R&B sales are at an all-time low! Labels are NOT giving artists million-dollar budgets to do videos over the length of their albums! Jhud, Janet Jackson, Prince, Charlie Wilson, Lenny Kravitz(even though he is rock-based), Mint Condition, John Legend and Robin Thicke are examples of established artists who have not gotten the chance to do "Three videos" off of one CD, for their current projects; despite them having stronger chart debuts than Ciara did a few weeks ago!
yes this song will blow up all ciara fans wanted this to be a single since forever it shouldve been her first single
@ sam that comment is sorta ignorant n has no truth to it
maybe one hit wonders and other struggling artist but this is ciara
This is good! Many African-American artist's don't get the budget to do a "third video" for their current CD!
Ciara are a good Dancer
Ciara is very beautiful and a talented dancer. I love to watch her perform and I think that she is such a positive influence in the industry right now. So far she has kept true to herself and has only shown herself in positive way! Much love and do you ma!
