She pulled through five weeks of a well received tour, unfortunately Jennifer Hudson is forced to take a break during the final week of her six week gig with Robin Thicke. Suffering complications with an unnamed throat condition, Hudson will sit out on confirmed concerts in Houston, Dallas and Oakland until further notice. For fans in the effected cities, reps confirm the dates will be rescheduled soon if not already adjusted. In related news, Jennifer Hudson was joined by Chaka Khan at her last show in Los Angeles over the weekend. Khan performed “Sweet Thing” with Hudson who was applauded by ‘Dreamgirls’ director Bill Condon and producer Larry Mark. Hudson’s single “If This Isn’t Love” also made news this week when it unseated Charlie Wilson’s nearly two month streak at no.1 with “There Goes My Baby” on the Urban AC chart.
