Diva Toni Braxton Files Suit Against Insurance Company

R&B diva Toni Braxton is suing an Insurance company after they refused to cover the lost on her Vegas Flamingo Hotel concert.

The suit filed against Lloyd's of London, claims that Braxton bought "non-appearance" and "cancellation" insurance, which protects entertainers in case their concerts have to be cancelled.

According to Braxton, the company refuses to pay on the grounds that her injuries were said to be an undisclosed, pre-existing condition.

Braxton is suing for undisclosed damages.

In April 2008, Braxton took time off from her Flamingo Hotel and Casino show in Las Vegas after being hospitalized for chest pains. The show was later cancelled, and it was announced that the show was officially shut down in order for the singer to focus on her health.

TONI you have a twin in the INDUSTRY to me KERI HILSON and you favor so much girl you still looks the same that you did when you first started in thei BUSINss what ever it is that you are doing you need to BOTTLE it up and sell it to the PUBLIC ,love your MUSIC.
