Chart-topping singer/songwriter Keri Hilson rocked the charts at Billboard with the debut album “In A Perfect World” this week. Hilson’s long anticipated album became the week’s top R&B/Hip Hop debut thanks to sales of 94,000 copies, besting that of Jim Jones’ new album “Pray IV Reign”. “In A Perfect World,” led by the singles “Turnin’ Me On,” “Energy” and “Knock You Down,” boasts collaborations with Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Polow Da Don, Keyshia Cole and Trina placing it at no.4 on this week’s Billboard 200. Jim Jones’ “Pray IV Reign” follows at no. 9 with 43,000 copies moved. Other albums debuting on the chart this week, including “The Rose Experience” from Hip Hop/Soul crooner Case, debuted beneath the top 20 according to Nielsen Soundscan. The latest addition to the NOW! music series titled “Now 30” and Hannah Montana earned the top two spots on the Billboard 200 with sales amounting to 146,000 and 139,000 copies respectively.
