R&B singer/actor Tyrese Gibson’s short lived marriage and subsequent divorce is starting to rack up a hefty tab. According to Los Angeles based reports, a judge has ordered the former “Transformers” star to pay his estranged wife $65,000 ! In addition to the settlement of sorts, Norma Gibson will receive $6,230 a month in support, in addition to having her rent and car note paid by the singer/actor. While the settlement may seem reasonable, entertainment site TMZ says Norma Gibson is contesting the prenuptial agreement she supposedly signed before their marriage. As previously reported on Singersroom, Norma Gibson, who remained married to Tyrese just ten months, says the singer was an absentee father. “Persons in the entertainment industry always seem to have a fascinating ability to characterize their life choices as somehow different, more important and not a matter of choice, but a requirement, entitling them to special rules and considerations.” Norma and Tyrese married last Spring and have a 2 year old daughter.
