R. Kelly's once promoted album "12 Play: Fourth Quarter" is still on the way according to singer/songwriter Claude Kelly.
Kelly, who is responsible for Britney Spears' latest hit "Circus" and Kelly Clarkson's Hot 100 record setting single "My Life Would Suck Without You," says R. Kelly's album is on his plate.
"Expect a creative, soulful, classic R. Kelly record," Kelly told Billboard.
In addition to R. Kelly, Claude Kelly says he's spent time with R&B singer Chrisette Michele, who recently released the single "Epiphany" from her as yet untitled sophomore album, in addition to working with Toni Braxton, Corbin Bleu and Leona Lewis.

i m agree with you mr Sam!
wow.
I can't wait till whatever he drops comes out. I will soooo be supporting him. Luv ya Kells!!!
Although the music buying public has supported him before, this will be RKelly's true market test as to whether the public will support him now that his case is closed! Considering his recent divorce and public feuds with other singers and rappers, he should have alot to write and sing about! The real verdict will come when his CD hits the stores!
