3 Out Of 5: Maybe I'm biased because of his Apollo performance (where he took home the well deserved $25k check for singing this very song). I'm not denying the brother has serious vocal talent. Chanj can sang, y'all. But this production sounds like, maybe it was doing too much. In an age where singers have to be artificially manufactured, producers don't know what to do with singers who are blessed with natural talent. I wish they would have recorded this song with minimal help from production engineers. Youtube his Apollo performance of "Say Yes" and you'll see what I'm talking about. I think I dare say I like that version than Floetry's... maybe. :-)
