John Legend shines a light on love in his video for “Love Me Now,” the first single from his forthcoming fifth studio album, Darkness and Light, due out next month.
Directed by Nabil Elderkin, the clip shows different types of couples emanating love around the world at certain locations which have face (and continue to face) struggle, destruction, poverty, or tragedy. Places like the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota, Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, the Domiz Refugee Camp in Northern Iraq, and the Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic are all shown in the clip.
The clip also features Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen and their baby girl Luna as they share tender moments.
With all the hate we hear about every day, the world needs a video like this!
