Who knew pretty boy Lloyd was a bad boy in his heyday?
During a recent interview with The Bay Area’s 106KMEL, the R&B singer/songwriter opened up about his long hiatus from music, giving everyone a look at how he spent his time.
One of Lloyd’s major accomplishments during this time was going back to high school and earning a diploma.
“I had never graduated high school because when I met Irv Gotti I was 17, I was in trouble, I had a warrant out for my arrest, I was staying by my homie house,” Lloyd tells host Shay Diddy.
No word on my Lloyd was dodging the police; he added, “we won’t get into that.”
Lloyd eventually handled his legal issues, receiving community service for breaking the law.
Check out the full interview below as Lloyd talks about getting re-acclimated with life, building with family, his forthcoming musical projects, and much more.
Late last month, the Atlanta crooner announced the title of his upcoming fifth studio album. “My new album will be titled #OutMyWindow and i am almost ready to release it,” Lloyd revealed via Twitter.
