Earlier this month, Philly-based crooner Devon released his Tug of War EP, which is based on relationships in a series of songs where Devon thinks he likes one girl, but meets someone else and falls in love with another girl.
So far, he’s been on a whirlwind romance with one young lady in the first two videos “So High” and “Off The Ground,” now he’s meeting up with another beauty on the shores of Cali in the video for “Never Be The Same.”
