Mary J. Blige is coming to prime time this fall.
According to Deadline.com, the singer will appear on ABC this fall in the upcoming third season of “How To Get Away With Murder.”
Producers are being mum on the nature of Blige’s character, but, star Viola Davis said there will be “a new mystery” next season, “and it’s going to be presented very quickly in the first episode.”
Last fall, Blige starred in NBC’s “The Wiz Live!” She’ll also appear in the upcoming film “Mudbound” as a character named Florence Jackson.
