If you plan on going to the Bad Boy Reunion Tour next month in Atlanta, you may not see Faith Evans on stage that evening.
According to TMZ, Evans is facing a lawsuit for breach of contract from an Atlanta promoter for opting to jump on the Bad Boy Reunion Tour when it arrives in the ATL on Sept. 8th.
They report that promoter Jeremy Hill says he booked Evans to perform at the Wolf Creek Amphitheater on Sept 10th and paid her $17.5k in advance to lock down the contract. Hill claims he heard through sources that Faith planned to do the Bad Boy show, which violates a “non-compete” clause in the contract that doesn’t allow Evans to perform within a 100-mile radius of his show during the six months leading up to Sept. 10th.
TMZ reports he wants to block Faith from doing the Bad Boy Show and wants $100k from her for backing out of their contract.
Dang! That non-compete clause is harsh. What do you think about all of this, Roomies?
