What a surprise!
It wasn’t announced that Beyonce would be involved in this year’s BET Awards, but she and Kendrick Lamar opened the 2016 BET Awards with a powerful performance of “Freedom,” their collab from Beyonce’s album, Lemonade.
She and her dancers walked on water, splashing in tap-dance formation to the empowering song. Kendrick emerged from the floor to rap his hard-hitting verse.
