Seattle, WA singer Jairemie Alexander released her debut single “High” back in February, and now he’s dropped the acoustic video for it. It’s a smooth, in-studio performance featuring Alexander and his musicians Patrick Riefflin (guitar), Jason Cairati (piano), and Lukas Untersteiner (MPC) for a stripped down-version of the soulful groove.
The official video is coming soon.
“High” is the first single in a series of four from Jairemie’s EP out this summer. Purchase the song on iTunes HERE, and listen to the original below:
In 2012 Jairemie won the lead non-speaking role in Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ “Same Love” video, which talks about the issues of gay and lesbian rights and was recorded during the campaign for Washington Referendum 74, which, when approved, legalized same-sex marriage in Washington Stage, now legalized nationwide.
