TMZ reports they the Carters have signed a one-year lease for a 20,000 square foot estate for a whopping $150,000 per month.
Located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood if West L.A., the $45 million mansion includes an indoor Olympic-sized pool, flowing waterfall and formal gardens, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a spa, “a commercial kitchen, an art studio, an atrium, a bar, a billiard room, a home theater, a library/study, a dance studio and a wine cellar.”
Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt is the former owner of the estate before selling it to a British billionaire in 2014, who now rents it out to Jay and Bey.
