Janet Jackson began her worldwide Unbreakable Tour in Vancouver on Monday night (Aug. 30) to hordes of die-hard fans who showered her with love.
She opened the show with a brand new song featuring Missy Elliott reportedly called “Burn It Up,” the crowd erupted in a thunderous applause, which caused her to get emotional – a fitting welcome back to the stage! She then performed a slew of her hits, including the 1995 duet “Scream” with her late brother MJ (who’s birthday was on Saturday, Aug. 29).
Other video surfaced of Jackson as she performed a sexy chair dance to her 1986 song “When I Think Of You.” She also performed her other hits “Rhythm Nation,” “Black Cat,” “Nasty” and “All For You.”
The superstar remained fully-covered all night in a white and gold ensemble with super baggy harem pants and sneakers to allow for optimum dancing. Some suggest Janet is trading in her famous boob-barring ensembles for a more demure style out of respect for her religious conversion to Islam and after marrying husband Wissam Al Mana. She still looks great!
