Sevyn Streeter’s forthcoming debut album will be loaded with emotions and life experiences. Titled On The Verge, the follow up to her 2013 EP, Call Me Crazy, But…, which arrived at No. 5 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, will include her “thoughts, desires, fears, tears” and more.
"The moment before something great happens….you can feel it! This album is my "something great". My thoughts, desires, fears, tears, emotional ups, downs, good times, drunken nights & unforgettable memories all rolled up into one body of work," writes Sevyn. "We’re all “ON THE VERGE” of something – whether it’s a wild night, a break up or a breakthrough! I’ve experienced all of the above & I’m ready for whatever else the world throws at me! That’s why I chose “ON THE VERGE” as my album title!"
She continued with more excitement about the release: “2 record deals in, but the 3rd one was the charm! Nothing can kill this moment, this experience & the overwhelming feeling of anticipation for the journey I’m about to go on with my fans! STREETTEAM I hope you’re ready cause we’re “ON THE VERGE” of something beautiful!”
On The Verge is led by the Chris Brown-assisted single "Don’t Kill The Fun."
