Jeremih is back on top with a fresh no.1 single on not one, but two coveted Billboard charts.
"Don't Tell Em'," the "Birthday Sex" and "Down On Me" singer's latest offering, ascends to the summit on both the Rhythmic Songs and R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay charts this week.
"Jeremih takes over atop Rhythmic Songs and R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay with "Don't Tell 'Em," featuring YG. The song, which interpolates Snap's "Rhythm Is a Dancer," a No. 5 Billboard Hot 100 hit in 1993, is his first No. 1 on the former chart since "Down on Me," featuring 50 Cent, topped for eight weeks in 2011. He'd last led the latter list with his debut hit "Birthday Sex" for two weeks in 2009; it led Rhythmic Songs for one frame," reports Billboard.
Jeremih's "Don't Tell Em'" is joined by new entries from Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz and Jennifer Hudson.
"Anaconda," Minaj's new single, is the week's greatest gainer on the Rhythmic chart, reaching no.13, while her collaboration with Trey Songz, on "Touchin, "Lovin," arrives at no.31.
Over on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay tally, Jennifer Hudson arrives at no.48 with "It's Your World" featuring R. Kelly.
