“The song came out of a real conversation with the producers, just talking about some of the things I wanted represented on the album,” says Demetria. “I love the song as a first single because it’s very far removed from what people may think they know about me, and it’s a song that I had fun recording – especially with Da Brat, who was so cool and down to earth. It was really amazing watching her create in the studio.”
