86 those rumors that Beyonce and Jay Z’s upcoming summer stadium tour is not selling.
According to Forbes magazine, the superstar couple’s “On The Run” North American tour sales are doing so well that it’s on track to be one of the highest grossing trek of all-time. The tour is on pace to sell one million tickets, equaling a gross total of around $100 million or $5 million per show.
With only 20 stops on the run, these numbers would put Beyonce and Jay Z second only to U2's 360 Tour between 2009 and 2011, which grossed $6.7 million per show.
The On The Run tour launches on Wednesday, June 25th in Miami, Florida. There are also two dates scheduled at the Stade de France in Paris, France in September (2014).
