Will there be a resurgence with female girl groups? Danity Kane is already on the move, newcomers Havok Jones is looking to bring back the 90s in a more modern format, and now Love Dollhouse has arrived after some member changes. The R&B/Pop group issues the music video for their debut single "Can I." The Erick White-directed clip captures the exhilarating, anything-is-possible vibe of a summer filled with friends, parties and new romances.
"Can I" was penned by Claude Kelly and produced by Jon Jon Traxx. It was released on digital retailers on May 19th (purchase above).
Like Havok Jones, Love Dollhouse, consisting of members Ryan, Jasmine, and Chelsea, are looking to stir up the Golden Age of R&B by drawing inspiration from top female groups like Destiny’s Child and TLC.
The group is prepping their debut album via All Def Music (a partnership with Russell Simmons and Steve Rifkind) and Capitol Records.
