With his D.C. misdemeanor assault under consideration, Chris Brown made his way to court today (Jan 3.) in L.A. with his girlfriend and lawyer in tow. Despite the pleas of the L.A. DA and prosecuters on the case, the Grammy winning R&B singer will not be heading to jail. Instead, the singer will be going back to rehab to finish off his 90 days.
This decision came down from Superior Court Judge James Brandlin, who also made the decision to revoke Brown's probation back in December.
Brown was initially handed the probation in 2009 following his assault on Rihanna.
