Grammy nominated singer/actor Mack Wilds gave his birthplace of New York City a huge holiday lift with a special performance earlier this week (Dec 23). The Staten Island native, who is supporting his critically acclaimed debut album, New York: A Love Story, tapped friend and hometown idol Method Man and Harlem’s A$AP Ferg for his first solo concert at S.O.B’s and from the fan feedback – he killed it. The packed house, which included his father Paul Wilds, rapper Lil Mama, Indie singer Sonyae Elise, DJ Funk Master Flex and more, left a lasting impression on event-goers.
Wilds have been nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Urban Contemporary Album for the upcoming 56th Annual GRAMMY® Awards.
