Chris Brown is receiving some bad news on Monday (Dec. 16), the same day he unleashed a brand new song with rappers Lil Wayne and French Montana.

A judge revoked his probation following his October (2013) arrest on suspicion of misdemeanor assault in Washington, D.C.
Although revoked, Brown must still complete his 90 days court ordered rehab and his community service for his 2009 incident with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
According to AP, Judge James R. Brandlin cited details contained in an arrest report as his reason for revoking Brown's probation for the second time this year.
An official at Brown's rehab wrote in a letter included in the report that Brown is no longer taking medical marijuana and with the aid of other medications is now able to better "emotionally regulate himself."
"I'm pleased he's doing well," the judge said about Brown’s treatment.
Brown must return to court on Feb. 10 for an update on his progress in rehab, and at the time of the hearing, prosecutors did not request a jail sentence.
Brown must also appear in a D.C. court on Jan. 8.
